The Gloucester County Sheriff's Office is asking for the public's help in locating a missing teen who is believed to be in danger.



Scott Paul Moore,
15, was last seen on Thursday, when he left his family's home on
Providence Road around 9:30 p.m. Major Darrell Warren said Moore "may
have been depressed when he left his residence."

He is described as 6-foot tall, approximately 150 pounds, with brown hair and green eyes.

GLOUCESTER — A 15-year-old reported missing from Gloucester was located safe in New York City on Tuesday morning.

Scott Paul Moore
had not been seen since he left his family's home Thursday night. The
Gloucester Sheriff's Office had circulated his photo in the local media
and among national law enforcement agencies.

Maj. Darrell Warren said Moore was found by police in New York City,
where he is being held until his parents can arrange to pick him up.
Warren said there were no immediate details on how Moore was located.
