Infant Taken To Hospital With Bruises, Broken ArmsDoctor: Bite Marks Are Human

OKLAHOMA CITY -- Police said a 10-month-old boy was taken into custody by the Oklahoma Department of Human Services after the infant was admitted to a hospital with bites, bruises and broken arms.
The baby was transported from Moore Hospital to Children’s Hospital on Dec. 26, according to the police report released on Thursday. Investigators said both of the baby’s arms were broken and had bruises and bite marks on his arms and legs. Doctors told police the bite marks were from an adult.
According to the police report, one of the adults told police that the baby injured himself by trying to walk and then falling on the carpet floor. The woman told police they had a party on Christmas Eve and didn’t notice any marks on the baby.
The woman told police that her parents would watch the baby while she was at work. On Dec 26 while removing the baby’s pajamas, they noticed the bites and bruises. They told police they noticed the infant wasn’t using his right arm and took him to the hospital.
The persons’ names, including the infant, were not released.
