Mother charged with four counts of child endangerment

CINCINNATI, OH
(FOX19) - A mother has been charged with four counts of child
endangerment after leaving her four children home alone, the oldest being 10 years old.
Police received a report on Sunday of children left alone inside a
home in the 1700 block of Fairmount Avenue around 2 p.m.
When a police officer arrived on the scene,
he knocked on the door several times with no answer. After about an
hour, a 10-year-old child answered the door. The officer found no adult
in the home and the 10-year-old was caring for three younger children, ages 5, 3, and 1.
The mother of the children arrived home
shortly after and told the officer she was shopping at a store. Tiffany
Tubbs, 26, was arrested around 5 p.m. Sunday.
According the police report, based on an interview with the 10-year-old,
the mother was not capable for caring for the children.

Posters note: There needs to be a law so the judge can order her to be fixed so she can't have any more children.
She started having them at 16 and isn't going to stop unless we stop her.
