"Nemo" DILLON BRYANT - 19 yo - Olive Hill (US 64; E of Lexington) KY
Friends and family of a Carter County teen say it's been a week since anyone has seen or heard from him.
Monday, several people spent the day searching for the 19-year-old,
hoping to find some sign of him. Those who know Dillon Bryant, better
known as "Nemo," say he's not the type to just run away, and that's why
they are so worried.
"I know everybody is worried to death about Nemo," says Chris
Maggard, search organizer and Olive Hill Volunteer Firefighter.
"whenever we would hang out, he was a really good person. It's just
shocking he would go missing, it's caught everybody by surprise," says Maggard.
Dillon Bryant hasn't been seen or heard from since last Monday, February 28th.
"It's not normal for him to just run away or go away on his own free will," says Maggard.
"He's a human being and he needs to be looked for. If he was my
child I'd want somebody out here helping me," says Tina Dalton, who is
helping search for Dillon.
They searched several spots near Olive Hill, including the Olive Hill
City Lake, hoping to find something. "anything that might give us an
idea of where he might be, anything that might give us some answers," says Maggard.
With every look, they're hoping their next glance might just find a clue that could help find him.
"Everyone's just hoping and praying that he's okay and nothing bad has happened," says Maggard.

Body of missing teen found in farm pond
April 4, 2011 — The five-week search for a missing teenager from Olive Hill ended tragically Sunday night when his body was found in a farm pond in Elliott County.
Carter County Sheriff Casey Brammell made positive identification of Dillon “Nemo” Bryant, 19, about 9 p.m. at the scene on Tarkiln Creek Road just inside Elliott County.
It was reported that the body was discovered by a local resident who had gone to the pond to fish.
The grim discovery came just one day after Bryant’s family and friends held a benefit concert at West Carter High School to raise money for a reward for information about his whereabouts.
A family spokesman said Saturday that about $8,600 had been raised.
The young man’s body was taken to the Lewis and Ferguson Funeral Home in Sandy Hook, pending an autopsy in Frankfort.
Elliott County Coroner Mark Lewis and Kentucky State Police investigators were not available for comment at press time Monday.
Bryant was last seen in Olive Hill on Feb. 28, according to Deputy Sheriff Jon McCormick.
