CATHLENA and DAVID HINNARD - 8 months and 2 yo - Ripley TN

Cathlena Hinnard

(Ripley, TN 5/13/2011) A West Tennessee AMBER Alert has been issued for the Ripley Police Department for a white female Cathlena Hinnard, 8 months old, 23 inches tall, 13 pounds, blonde hair and blue eyes and 2 year old white male David Hinnard, 18 pounds, 30 inches tall, blonde hair and blue eyes.

Two year old David has a scar on his upper lip and right cheek.

They were taken by force during a felony assault on the mother by their father, Willis Hinnard. Hinnard is a white male, 603, 270 pounds, brown hair and brown eyes.

Hinnard had made threats to harm the children and has a violent criminal history in three states.

Be on the lookout for a grey 1991 Ford Explorer with TN license plate 138WYV.
