ATLANTA - It's a mystery stumping police in three different countries.
Atlanta police need your help to find a missing teen. Eustace Victor Martin,
18, was last known to be at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport Saturday evening.

Martin, a Canadian citizen, was heading home to Vancouver from St. Kitts. He
stopped in Atlanta for a layover, but never boarded his connecting flight to Seattle.
Martin's mother and stepfather, Reena and Al Dales, reported Martin missing when
he didn't arrive in Vancouver. Delta officials told Reena Dales that her
son landed at Hartsfield-Jackson Airport and was cleared through
customs. According to a police report, he was last seen by a Delta
representative at the flight's gate.
"It's like he got to the Atlanta airport, he cleared customs and then he
stepped off the face of the Earth," Martin's stepfather told 11Alive. "We just don't know."
Airport officials paged him throughout the day with no response. The Atlanta
Police Department, along with Canadian and St. Kitts police, soon joined the investigation.
Airport surveillance cameras show Martin entering customs Saturday evening, but
there is no trace of him afterward. His last two flight tickets to
Seattle and Vancouver are still unused.
Martin's stepfather, Al Dales, said Martin had only $50 to his name. He didn't
have any credit cards or a cell phone that could be used to trace him.
"This is very much out of character," Dales said. "He's a responsible kid, he's
not a bad kid that's involved with drugs or gangs or alcohol or anything like that."
Martin spent the last year in St. Kitts with his biological father. According
to his mother, he phoned them about a month ago and said he was ready to come home.
Martin is approximately six feet tall and weighs about 160 pounds. He was last
seen wearing a red and blue plaid shirt, blue khaki pants, and blue and
red shoes. He flew into Atlanta from Basseterre, Saint Kitts and Nevis in the West Indies.
Anyone who sees Martin or knows his whereabouts is asked to call the Atlanta
Police Department's Missing Persons Squad at 404-546-4235.

Re: EUSTACE VICTOR MARTIN - 18 yo - Atlanta GA
The B.C. teen who disappeared during a stopover at the Atlanta
airport this weekend survived on just water for days before he was
picked up by Georgia police yesterday, according to his stepfather.
Eustace Victor Martin was reported missing by his family after he failed to arrive at the Vancouver airport on Sunday morning.
The 18-year-old was last seen on a layover at Hartsfield-Jackson
Atlanta International Airport on his way back from a visit with his
biological father in St. Kitts. Officials said he made it through
customs, but never boarded his connecting flight to Seattle.
His stepfather Al Dales said Martin was picked up by sheriffs in
Makon, Georgia on Thursday – about 90 miles from the airport. The
officials found him after receiving a call about suspicious activity or a
suspicious person in the area.
"They came up on him and he was walking around disoriented and was knocking around," Dales told ctvbc.ca.
"He hadn't eaten since last weekend – he had been surviving on water for days."
Victor did not have a bank or credit card with him on the trip.
Dales said his father provided him with just a small amount of money to
get snacks on the way back to Vancouver.
As for how the boy went missing, Dales believes he took a train out
of the airport believing it would just connect him to another terminal.
"The airport is very busy and some of those trains take you out of the airport," he said.
Both parents now are left with many questions, including why their son didn't call them when he found himself lost.
"My wife told him to collect call us in Atlanta and Seattle. Those
calls didn't happen and we're not sure why. We have no idea where he's
been sleeping. Was he in a bush?" Dales said.
The teen is now recovering in hospital. His mother, Reena Dales, and a sibling are flying down to get him on Friday afternoon.
