"Jane" MARTINEZ - 17 yo - Florence AZ

FLORENCE, Ariz. -- A Pinal County mother has been arrested on suspicion of drugging her 17-year-old daughter.The
Sheriff's Office says 42-year-old Guadalupe Martinez of San Manuel was
arrested for possession of a narcotic drug, administration of a narcotic
drug to another, child abuse and fraudulently obtaining a controlled
substance. The Sheriff's Office says Martinez's daughter turned
her mother in last month alleging her mother had been giving her and a
younger brother prescription narcotics. The daughter said she overdosed and was hospitalized in October 2010.
Investigators say Martinez is also suspected of obtaining thousands
of opiate based prescription tablets from the Tucson-area using several
false names and Social Security numbers.
