On Blue Soldiers for Daniel, it says that his mother is out of jail and is only being charged with neglect. HOW in the world can this be? For some reason they have dropped charges on her. I can't seem to find a link to the infor they posted but here is a link to the facebook page:

Whoever is responsible for the monster mother only being charged with neglect should lose his job, recalled or fired, whichever is applicable.

Dear District Attorney David Prater

I
am a concerned citizen of Oklahoma County and feel compelled to write
this letter to you. As District Attorney, it is your sworn duty speak
for and act on behalf of the “alleged victim” of violation 21 O.S.
843.1, 3 year old, boy Lauck.

It is alleged that Defendant Lauck,
on or around June 18th 2011 left her son, boy Lauck, in the care of a
designated sitter. In Defendant Lauck’s absence it is alleged that the
designated sitter permitted “two males” to enter where boy Lauck
resided, and permitted the two males to rape and torture boy Lauck for
the procurement and consumption of methamphetamine. It is alleged that
Defendant Lauck returns to the residence, is aware to the alleged rape
and torture against boy Lauck and allegedly delays any type of emergent
response for boy Lauck for at least 18 hours. It is alleged that
Defendant Lauck also benefited from the rape and torture of boy Lauck by
consuming the methamphetamine procured by the designated sitter. Boy
Lauck was eventually sent to Children’s Hospital for the treatment of a
long list of injuries, including chemical burns on his face, a head
injury and a torn rectum. (local Media: newson6.com and news9.com)

While
I do understand that this is an ongoing investigation, I implore that
Defendant Lauck be charged and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the
law in light of the heinousness and shocking nature of the “neglect”
against boy Lauck as charged in Count # 2.

The alleged violation
of “neglect” against boy Lauck was sustained over a period of time, and
involved various alleged criminal actors and acts (Human Trafficking,
Torture, Rape, Child Abuse and Neglect, to name a few). Defendant
Lauck, as boy Lauck’s primary care giver under Oklahoma Citation: Ann. Stat. Tit. 10A, § 1-1-105,
had time to pause, reflect, and stop any and all criminal intent
against boy Lauck and allegedly chose to continue the “neglect.”

And
if Defendant Lauck is found guilty of “neglect” in a court of law, I
also request any punitive remedy from the Court be sought at the upper
most levels, punishable under Count # 2., specifically with regard to
Subsection B (1): conviction, punishment, fines.

I thank you in

I found an update on this case. I read on Daniel's facebook page that the 3 scumbags plead guilty and as far as I'm concerned didn't receive enough time at all. I searched and the only info I can find is on the Hinky meter site so I'll copy the info here and link the page. At the very least these nasty monsters will be in jail for a while but as I said, not nearly enough. Basically, Leana (the mother) got 10 years. Ragland got 20 years, and the scum that hurt Daniel got 15.
