JURORS! Question
I`m wondering if the jurors know AHEAD of time if they hand down a murder one conviction that they aren`t allowed to go home? That they will have to stay for the other sentencing phase? If they know this ahead of time, it would seem like that would hender the
outcome of them voting for the murder one! Because they may not want to do so, knowing that they can`t go home at the end of the day~
I know one of the jurors has a cruise coming up, and it seems that it would be discriminating
for them to know a head of time~ does anyone here know?

Not sure what they knew about leaving or not leaving. They didn't seem invested in this trial and seemed like all they wanted to do was go home. They are cowards for not speaking up.

Maybe they found her not guilty because they didn't want to convict an innocent person. It must be horrible to have lost a child and then have to sit in jail while the killer/killers are still out there somewhere!
