The FREEMAN Children - 18 Months and others unknown - Sarasota FL

Sandra Michelle Freeman, 38, a Venice mom with a history child abuse
arrests, is now accused of washing her 18-month-old son with bleach and
chlorine, and frequently making her other children jump into a pool with
a high concentration of chlorine to ‘cleanse’ them, reports the Sarasota Herald-Tribune.

Family members told authorities Freeman had been abusing pills. She
reportedly believes she is being poisoned by bugs coming from her
children that get under her skin, according to an arrest report.

The Department of Children and Families has responded to 27 incident
reports or welfare checks at her home, the Herald-Tribune reports.

SARASOTA, Fla. -- A southwest Florida
woman has been arrested after authorities say she doused her toddler
with bleach, chlorine and other pool chemicals.Sandra Freeman was arrested Wednesday on three aggravated child abuse charges.
According to an arrest report, family members say Freeman forced the
18-month-old boy to walk through powdered chemicals several times in the
past three weeks. Family members say the abuse has gone on for much
longer and that the boy's feet were often burned.Family members say the 38-year-old mother has been abusing pills and acting bizarre recently.Authorities have been called to check on Freeman's children about two dozen times in the past few years.
