Columbus police need help locating missing teen

COLUMBUS, GA (WTVM) – Columbus police are asking the public's assistance in locating a missing a teen.

We are told that Mae-Lekah Thomas, 13, was last seen about a week ago in the Steam Mill Road area.

She is described as being around 5/9, 180 pounds and having brown eyes and black hair.

Anyone with information on her whereabouts is asked to call the Columbus Police Department at (706) 653-3449.

I could not find any updates on Mae-Lekah, but reading the comments at the article posted, it would appear she has been found:

1) sooo happy she was found!

2) she has been found.

It would be helpful for all if MSM would update their stories when these cases are resolved.
