A 22-year-old woman was sentenced Monday morning to 20 years in
prison after pleading guilty to homicide by child abuse in
connection with a Jan. 10, 2010, incident.

Rayshana Lee Harvin, of 112 Byrd St., tearfully accepted
responsibility for inflicting a severe skull fracture upon her
3-month-old son, King Robinson, who bounced off the headboard of
her bed after the infant was forcefully put down.
