"John" SCOTT-PHILLIPS - 8 Months - Cleveland OH

A local mom and dad are facing charges after their infant was brutally assaulted, and nobody knows how.
The parents are accused of the brutal, yet mysterious injuries to their 8-month-old boy.
Cleveland Police tell 19 Action News the boy's legs were twisted until they broke.
Doctors found spiral fractures in both legs that were several days old.
According to a police report, mom gave Cleveland Child Abuse Detectives conflicting stories,
she said she didn't know how it happened, that the child may have fallen
and that a sister may have dropped him or he may have slid out of his bouncer.
The baby's mother, Danielle Scott, age 18 and Dad Willie Phillips Sr. are now under arrest,
charged for child endangering and felony assault.

these ppl are so ignorant! dont they realize that there r xrays, DNA testing, experts in abuse injuries,etc? do they really think they can get away with it?
