A family is frantically searching for a missing teen girl who may have runaway with a man she met on Facebook.
The Shelby County Sheriff’s Office says 15-year-old Christine Flores has
been missing since Tuesday when she left her family’s home. Her family
says the girl suffers from depression, but hasn’t taken her medication.
Investigators say Flores, who’s five-feet-one-inch tall and weighs 95 pounds, may
have left Shelby County with an unidentified man she met online.

Missing Tennessee Girl May Be With Man She Met on Facebook

A missing teen in Tennessee may be in the company of a man she met on
Facebook. The young girl hasn't been seen in nearly a week, and her
family members are beginning to panic.

Sources report that 15-year old Christine Flores
was last seen by her mother, Melanie Flores, on Tuesday morning. She
said goodbye to her daughter before leaving for work, but when she
returned that afternoon her daughter was nowhere to be found. The young
teen, who is apparently homeschooled at her cousin's home, is reported
to have not showed up for studies either.
Friends and family
members of Christine Flores say the teenager doesn't have a history of
running away. It's alleged that the missing teenager could have run away
to Virginia to be with a man she met off Facebook, but sources do not
clarify on the age or name of this man. However, police attempted to
call a home in Virginia but nobody answered. One revealing bit of
information is that the family says 15-year old Christine Flores
"suffered from depression a few years ago." They say she took
medication, but has appeared fine lately. Hopefully, this young girl is
in Virginia and didn't fall into another bout of depression and hurt
herself. None of her belongings are missing other than her iPod. So, why
would she leave with someone willingly if she left behind all of her
belongings? Could this young girl have been abducted? Could she have
harmed herself in depression? Could she have been murdered? Hopefully
some good news comes of this missing persons case.
