"Newborn Jane Doe" - 1 Month/ Accused; Thomas Culberston - OK City OK

An Oklahoma City man was jailed this week after a 1-month-old girl was taken to a hospital with a broken leg and other injuries.
Thomas Culbertson,
22, was arrested Sunday on three complaints of injuring a child. A
woman who answered Culbertson's phone Thursday identified herself as his
mother before hanging up.
According to a police report, officers were called by a Cleveland County Department of Human Services worker after the 8-pound baby girl was admitted to OU Medical Center with a broken femur, multiple human bite marks and a torn rectum.
Police interviewed the girl's family and identified Culbertson as the person who caused the injuries, the report said.
Police did not say how Culbertson was related to the girl, and the baby's mother was not identified.
Culbertson listed his employer as Napa Auto Parts. His Facebook page shows him cradling a newborn baby.
The baby remained hospitalized Thursday but is expected to recover, police said.
