Police are continuing their search for a
missing Portland teenager following the discovery of his car in Downtown
Portland, investigators said.

A 1986 gold Jaguar belonging to 18-year-old
Henry Willard Smith was found earlier this week, but Smith is still
missing, according to detectives.

Police said they're especially concerned
because they say Smith is endangered by a mental health situation. He is
not believed to pose any risk to the public, investigators said.


Detectives described Smith as an 18-year-old
white male, 5-foot-11, weighing 150 pounds. The teen has medium-length
brown hair and blue eyes, according to the investigator's description.

Missing Persons Detectives said they also
received some credible information that Smith was likely wearing a red
baseball cap, some sort of sweatshirt, and most distinctively, white
"skinny jeans" with thin, black vertical stripes on them.
