JESSE JAMES WEAVER - 13 yo - San Benito CA

A San Benito family turned to Action 4 News after their teenage son
went missing on Monday and did not appear for a court date on Wednesday.
The family of Jesse James Weaver said the 13-year-old went to school on Monday and never returned home.
Weaver is a student at Berta Cabaza Middle School in San Benito but had been
attending the school district's boot camp due to recent court orders.

The boy's mother Antonia Weaver told Action 4 News that her son and another teen got in trouble for setting fire to a home.
She said her son has not checked his facebook page, hasn't been seen with
his friends and did not appear for a Wednesday court date.
"I was there and spoke to the judge but he wasn't there," Antonia Weaver said in Spanish.
Antonia said her family filed a missing persons/runaway child report with the San Benito Police Department.
She said she's concerned for her son's safety and wants to help him work through his problems.
