PORTLAND, Ore. – Police are asking for the public’s help finding a missing 16-year-old girl.

Police say Kalpana Wagley was last seen Friday at 5:15 p.m. in the
parking lot of 12645 SE Division Street with an unknown man, who is possibly in his 30s.

She is described as a Nepalese female, 5’ tall, 94 lbs., with black
hair. She was last seen wearing knee-length cut-off blue jeans, dark
brown boots and a black vest under a white jacket.

She may also be in the company of a 19-year-old friend named Birat Linbu, who lives in Southeast Portland.

Police say anyone who sees Wagley or knows where she is should call 911.
