We have hundreds of cases just like this. The POS raped this poor baby vaginally and anally. I just can't comprehend how any man could be this vile no matter how high he is.

A grand jury has indicted a man accused of raping and killing his girlfriend’s 1-month-old daughter.

Juan Galindo was arrested in Albuquerque last month when the baby was found cold, unresponsive and suffering from severe injuries, Kayla Anderson of the District Attorney’s Office said in a news release Tuesday.

The indictment includes charges of first-degree murder, child abuse, aggravated criminal sexual penetration in the first degree and kidnapping.

Galindo is being held at the Metropolitan Detention Center, with bail set at $1,000,000, cash only.

The cash only bail sounds good. I hope this disgusting slimeball POS doesn't get out. I still can't get over what he did to that tiny baby. I wonder how her mother sleeps at night. I pray that she is prosecuted as well. She needs to pay for what she allowed this drug addict do to her baby.

Why hasn't the mother been arrested? She's probably crying and sniveling and playing the victim.

She was out at the hard rock casino all night - didn't even have a working phone if he had called her to come home and care for baby. Didn't even check in - & he uses $20 of meth - DAILY. METH - as in psychosis/habit forming, and not appropriate for baby's environment. She's not indicted, & probably won't be, even though her dumb @$$ left to go party. I'm just floored by this case - not sure I even have the strength to be angry - just so sad.

I wonder where the kidnapping charge comes from? It makes for third federal charge - cash only is good - he won't raise that, likely. But who did he kidnap?

Man Indicted On Charges Of Murder, Rape Of Baby

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. -- On Tuesday, a grand jury returned an indictment against the man accused of abusing and killing a 1-month-old baby.

Juan Galindo is charged with first-degree murder, child abuse and aggravated criminal sexual penetration of a child.

Galindo is an illegal immigrant who has used several aliases and birth dates, authorities said. Detectives also said he has six children with different women and that he's put a child in danger before.

"He has been arrested for a case involving child abuse before in Texas, I believe in 1993, for some sort of DWI-related incident," Bernalillo County Sheriff’s Lt. Justin Dunlap said.

Galindo sneaked back into the country after being deported in August, police said.

I couldn't find any info on it. I'm thinking he may have taken the baby from her home without permission to go get his drugs.

The Mother was clearly negligent. You can't live in someones home and use meth secretly. She left her angel with a monster who tripped this poison regularly - so she could go party. I thought one of these links (kob?) had a discussion board, but now I can't find it. Someone actually posted that they knew galindo, and were shocked - this just isn't like him! HE USES METH! DAILY! Does this nutter actually think they know what galindo's like? He's on meth! Sheez! I'm horrified the mother left her newborn with a meth tripper!!

The mother was arrested with Galindo last may - they got trafficking, tampering with evidence (usually that means they tossed the drugs, and then police found them,) and conspiracy (4th degree felony - usually that means they tried to cover up the drug running when cops busted them.) An innocent came into this world under these circumstances -'so sad her parents cared more about getting high than providing a stable Safe home for her - I grieve.

Wow with that kind of records for the parents, no baby has a chance with these monsters. I wish there were a law that required idiots like this to be sterilized. The mother is probably already pregnant again. Ugh

Hard to understand - when I got pregnant, I gave up captain crunch. With my second, I did totally natural birth. This new one, just like the others, was natural as possible - we use cloth diapers and home kntted wraps. We make her food from whole fresh foods at home - it wasn't hard to choose a clean quiet and safe environment for my babies. Newborn Sanchez had healing ribs - I can't imagine her mother didn't know he was hurting her - so awful.
