"Baby John" VIVEROS - 18 Months - Bentonville AR

BENTONVILLE, Ark. -- Police said a Benton County man has been charged with child abuse after his 18-month-old son went to a hospital with head wounds.



Navor Viveros, 24, was being held at the Benton County Detention Center on Monday.


Police said his son was taken to an emergency room with head trauma. The boy was later flown to Arkansas Children's Hospital in Little Rock, where investigators said he is still recovering.

Detectives said they're still looking into the case.
