7-year-old boy taken by mother without permission

DETROIT -
Detroit police said a 7-year-old boy was taken without permission by his birth mother.
Police said Phillip Waller was taken by his mother, Lora Ann Waller, from a barber shop in the 1800 block of Livernois Avenue.
Phillip Waller stands 4 feet tall and weighs between 40 and 50 pounds. He has a low hair cut and is quiet, police said.

He wears glasses and was last seen wearing a black polo jacket with a red emblem, blue pants and blue boots.
He has good physical and mental condition.
Anyone with information on Phillip and his mother's whereabouts is asked to call the Detroit Police Department at 313-596-5100.
