ORLANDO, Fla. -- The attorney who represented Casey Anthony in her 2011 murder trial appeared on Geraldo Rivera's Fox News program Sunday night to discuss recent videos that surfaced online last week.

Jose Baez said Casey Anthony did not release video diaries that show her talking about a new dog, a computer and piercings. The videos surfaced online and spread through Facebook, YouTube and other social media outlets.

"We're investigating everything. We're taking steps and if lawsuits need to be filed, or investigations need to be begun as a result of a criminal act, that's exactly what's going to happen," Baez said.
