KIRSTEN KAMRADT - 14 yo - Lamar Cty GA/ Johnson City TN

An Endangered Child Alert has been issued in East Tennessee for two Georgia teens.

The Georgia Bureau of Investigation says that Kirsten Kamradt, 14,
was kidnapped by Joshua Crowe, 19, and Dustin Elliot, 19, on January 31
in Lamar County, Georgia. Amber Henry, 16, may also be traveling with
them.

A felony warrant for kidnapping has been issued for Crowe and Elliot.

The group may be headed to Johnson City, traveling in a 2000 White Buick Park Avenue sedan with Georgia license plates BPR2690.


Kirsten Kamradt has black hair and brown eyes. She's 5'10" tall and weighs 120 lbs.


Amber Henry has brown hair and green eyes. She's 5'2" and weighs 168 lbs.


Justin Crowe has brown hair and blue eyes. He's 6'3" and weighs 222 lbs.


Dustin Elliot has brown hair and hazel eyes. He's 6'0" tall and weighs 145 lbs.

LAMAR COUNTY, Ga. —
Authorities
in Lamar County tell Channel 2 Action News that a pair of teen girls
have been found and are safe after slipping from their homes in the
middle of the night.

Lamar County deputies said Kirsten Kamradt
of Barnesville and Amber Henry of High Falls left their homes early
Wednesday and met two teenage boys.

Police located the girls in Tennessee late Thursday night and are in police custody.Investigators said they arrested Crowe and Elliot, and both have been charged with kidnapping.
