"Toddler John Doe" - 2 yo/ Accused: Unidentified - Sheboygan/ Milwaukee WI

A 28-year-old man was arrested over the weekend on suspicion of child abuse after a 2-year-old boy was taken by Flight For Life helicopter to a Milwaukee area hospital, according to the Sheboygan Police Department.
Capt. James Veeser said in a news release Monday that police were called to Aurora Sheboygan Memorial Medical Center at 3:55 a.m. Saturday for a report of suspected child abuse after the boy was brought to the hospital by his mom and a male companion.
Police later arrested the man, who is now at the Sheboygan County Detention Center awaiting formal charges by the District Attorney's Office.
The boy, who suffered internal injuries, is currently listed in serious condition at Children's Hospital in Wauwatosa.
No additional information was released by police.
