Police seek missing 21-year-old special needs man

INDEPENDENCE, MO (KCTV) - Police are searching for a 21-year-old special needs man who has been missing since April 14.



Authorities say Brian T. Snow was last seen by his family at about 2:30 p.m. on April 14 when he left his residence in the 4900 block of South Valley View in Independence.

Snow is a special needs person who must take medications on a daily basis and has not taken any since his disappearance, police said.

His family says he left the residence riding his bicycle, wearing brown cowboy boots, blue jeans and a blue sweatshirt with a hoodie.

He is described as 5'8" tall, 160 pounds, blue eyes, red hair and light complexion.

If anyone has any information regarding the whereabouts of Snow, they are asked to call the Independence Police Department at 325-7330 or the TIPS Hotline at 474-8477.

Yes, he was found. Apparently he had gone to stay with a friend that the mother didn't know.
