CONSTANCE LILLY - 15 yo (2009) - Virginia Beach VA

Police are requesting the public’s assistance in looking for a 15-year-old girl who’s been missing for almost a month.
Constance Lilly was last seen Sept. 17 in the 900 block of Craig
Court, according to a news release. Her family is concerned for her
safety, police said.


Lilly is a black female with a light complexion and freckles on her
face, according to the release. She has brown eyes and black hair,
which she usually wears in a bun on top of her head. However, she may
be wearing a wig to avoid being found, police said. She also has
straight-cut bangs that may be tinted a mahogany or brownish color,
according to the release.
Lilly is 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighed about 125 pounds when she
disappeared, according to the release. She may not be wearing shoes and
may be sleeping in cars, police said.
The teen frequently visits Norfolk as well as the Northgate, Green
Lakes and Pecan Gardens areas of Virginia Beach, according to the
release.
