FRANKIE COOLEY (Female) 16 yo - Smith County/Lancaster TN/VA alerted

LANCASTER, TN ---- A teenager is missing, and authorities are worried she might be in trouble.
The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation has issued an endangered child
alert for 16-year-old Frankie Cooley of Smith County

It's
believed she may be with Cody Brown. Authorities said the two might be
headed to Virginia.A court ordered Brown, 19, to stay away from the girl. He's now wanted for violating a protection order.Frankie
has red hair and is white, 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighs 120 lbs.
Brown has brown hair and is white, 5 feet 11 inches tall and weights

The
Tennessee Bureau of Investigation issued an endangered child alert
Monday for a 16-year-old Middle Tennessee girl believed to be with an
19-year-old man.


Frankie Nel Cooley, 16, was last seen with Cody Alan Brown, 19, according to the TBI.
Investigators say Brown is legally barred from having any contact with Cooley because
there is an order of protection against him.
It's not clear whether Cooley went with Brown willingly, and the nature of their relationship was not released by TBI.
The two may be en route to Virginia, and were last seen in a dark colored pickup truck.
Cooley is a white girl with red hair and blue eyes. She's 5'6" and 120 pounds.
Brown is a white man with brown hair and brown eyes. He's 5'11" and 240
pounds.

A teenager at the center of a endangered child alert has been found safely.
Smith County Sheriff's said they found 16-year-old Frankie Nel Cooley in Putnam County Monday night.
Cooley was with 19-year-old Cody Alan Brown, who had a court order preventing him from having contact with her.
Brown is now behind bars for violating that order as well as contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
