"Toddler Jane Doe" - 4 yo - Sean Madigan - Federal Way WA

A 27-year-old Federal Way man was charged with child abuse on Friday for
allegedly hitting his 4-year-old stepdaughter hard enough to cause
life-threatening internal bleeding.
According to police and King County prosecutors, Sean Patrick
Madigan kicked or punched the little girl in her stomach and delayed
seeking the medical treatment that saved her life.
In addition, prosecutors allege the 6-feet-3, 230-pound Madigan force-fed the
child in such a way that her tongue was lacerated, held his hands over her mouth
and nose to prevent her from crying and consistently caused bruises to her arms
and torso.
According to police, the child was malnourished and
dehydrated.
The abuse is alleged to have occurred from November through this month.
Madigan was charged with one count of second-degree child assault and one count
of first-degree criminal mistreatment.
Police and Child Protective Services began investigating the case after a
medical provider at Healthpoint in Auburn contacted authorities. But they were
unable to fully interview the child or her mother out of Madigan's presence.

Madigan was arrested on Tuesday after his wife left him and contacted police,
according to charging documents.
He is being held on $250,000 bail at the Norm Maleng Regional Justice Center
in Kent and is scheduled to be arraigned on March 24.

where was the mother when this was going on it says she left him after this happened but the childs tongue was lacerated when did that happen the child was malnourished and dehydrated sh?t was going on people just cant be that blind
