"Toddler Jane Doe" - 2 yo - Tampa FL

Tampa FL ---- 19-year-old man is accused of immersing a 2-year-old girl in a tub of scalding water and then waiting until the next day to seek medical help, authorities said.
Joseph M. Medina, of Covington, Ky., was arrested today on charges of aggravated child abuse and child neglect, the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office said.
Deputies said Medina was babysitting the girl when the incident happened about 8 p.m. March 25. They said he waited until about 4 p.m. March 26 to seek medical attention for the girl, who suffered second- and third-degree burns to her feet, legs and buttocks.
The girl is in stable condition at Tampa General Hospital after receiving skin grafts, the sheriff's office said.

Lock the mother up too. Why did she expect her 2 year old to be safe with a 19 year old guy having to care for her child for 24 hours?
I can't bare to think about how this poor child suffered.
