Chicago police are seeking the public's help in locating a teen who went missing from the Northwest Side.
Sandy "Vanessa" Cordero, 15, has been missing for more than two weeks.
She was last seen July 18 in the 3500-block of West Lawrence in Chicago.
Sandy is described as 5'0", 120 lbs., Hispanic, with a fair complexion and dark hair. She is believed to be in the area of Central Park and Cullom or Wilson and Lawndale with friends.

A 15-year-old girl missing from her Northwest Side Albany Park
neighborhood home for about two weeks has been found safe, police said
Friday afternoon.
Sandy Cordero, who goes by the nickname Vanessa, had last been seen July 18
in the 3500 block of West Lawrence Avenue and was reported missing on
Thursday, according to an alert from Grand Central Area detectives. But
later Friday afternoon, police said the girl had been located and
returned to her father about 2 p.m. No further information was provided.
