GREGORY FRIEDERICH McMILLAN - 2 Months (2007) - Phoenix AZ

A Valley man has pleaded guilty to a manslaughter charge in the death of his son three years ago.
Gregory McMillan, 24, entered his plea Thursday in Maricopa County
Superior Court. Two other charges related to child abuse will be
dismissed when McMillan is sentenced Oct. 15, court officials said.
McMillan was arrested after he took his two-month-old son, Gregory
Friederich, to St. Joseph's Hospital's emergency room in August 2007,
saying the baby was listless and wouldn't eat. Police said doctors
suspected child abuse and, after examining the baby, found a fractured
skull, broken ribs and an injured liver.
During questioning, police said McMillan admitted losing his temper and hurting the baby.
