Authorities in Rapid City are asking for your help finding a 13-year-old girl who's disappeared.



They say Felicia Miner was in town visiting family and was last seen shortly after midnight wearing a black t-shirt, skinny jeans and black flip flops.

Foul play is not suspected, but since she's unfamiliar with the area, officials are asking for help finding her.

A 13 year-old-girl who went missing at 12:30 a.m. Tuesday was found nearly 21 hours later, according to Rapid City police.
Felicia Miner from Minnesota was visiting her family when she went missing from the Midway Street area in Rapid City, according to a news release by Sgt. Dale McCabe.
Because the girl did not have friends in the area beside family and was unfamiliar with the area, police had asked the public for help in locating her. Police did not suspect foul play, the release said.
Calls to police were not returned.
