November 13, 2010 (CHICAGO) -- A diabetic 14-year-old girl who had gone missing from the Far South Side this week has been found safe, police said. Miyaan Lewis, 14, whose nickname is Mi Mi, was last seen Tuesday in the 11300 block of South St. Lawrence Avenue, according to a Calumet Area Missing Persons alert. Lewis is diabetic and suffers from seizures and was in need of her medication, according to the alert.
