ARTHUR WALTER SPENCER - 18 yo - Davenport (SW of Kissimmee) FL

Polk County deputies are asking for the public's help in finding a missing and endangered teen.Detectives said 18-year-old Arthur Walter Spencer was last seen about 3:00 a.m. Friday at a friend's home on Stone Ridge Lane in northeast Davenport. His mother reported him missing at about noon.

Deputies said Spencer has been diagnosed with Bipolar disorder and has a history of trying to harm himself. He was last seen wearing blue jeans and black t-shirt. Investigators said Spencer has brown eyes and brown hair, and is about 6-foot, 1-inch tall, weighing about 155 pounds. Deputies said Spencer was driving a gold 2003 Hyundai Elantra with Florida tag AKAA10. Authorities warn he may seem disoriented or possibly violent.
